Job title: HR Intern
About the Role The HR Intern supports recruitment, personnel administration, onboarding, development initiatives, and continuous improvement projects within a dynamic corporate environment. This role provides hands-on experience in HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll documentation, and internal culture initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support the recruitment process: posting vacancies, CV screening, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Collaborate in personnel administration: collecting and organizing documentation, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining attendance records.
- Contribute to onboarding activities for new employees: preparing materials and tracking deliverables.
- Support development and training initiatives: course logistics, attendance tracking, and measuring satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and in wellbeing and internal communications activities.
- Generate basic reports and consolidate information for the HR team (indicators, lists, and tracking tables).
What We're Looking For
- Active university student, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration or a related field.
- Availability to do an internship (part-time or as per agreement).
- Conversational English desirable but not required.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and service orientation.
- Basic-intermediate Excel and Office tools; experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, confidentiality, professional ethics, and ability to work in a team.
