The primary responsibility of an HR Implementer is to implement Sprout Products focusing on Sprout HR (HRIS), Sprout Insight (Analytics), Sprout Recruitment (Recruitment Software), through system configuration, training and thorough analysis of processes. Tasks - Develop subject matter expertise on Sprout HR - Perform onboarding activities such as data gathering and policy review - Responsible for overall setup, configuration, data migration based on specifications of client - Process HR Timekeeping Simulation and assist client in resolving attendance issues.
