HR Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers, helping create a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related concerns.
- Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Process and audit weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Review employee timecards, attendance records, and payroll changes for accuracy.
