About the Role Onsite HR Generalist in Houston, TX, you will partner with management to deliver HR services, guide employees on HR policies, and ensure the organization’s HR requirements are met and strategy is implemented effectively. You will also serve as a primary contact for employees with HR questions and support a compliant, results-oriented workplace.
