HR Generalist
About the Role
Greensprings School is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
- Coordinate probation, confirmation, performance reviews, and staff exits.
- Support payroll updates and other HR administrative activities.
- Assist with employee engagement, training, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- CIPM, SHRM, or other professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and Microsoft Office.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Male candidates are preferred.
