Section: About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage and support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, performance management, and employee engagement. Section: Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
- Coordinate probation, confirmation, performance reviews, and staff exits.
- Support payroll updates and other HR administrative activities.
- Assist with employee engagement, training, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable employment regulations. Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- CIPM, SHRM, or other professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and Microsoft Office.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
