HR Generalist
About this role
Flexport is seeking an experienced HR Generalist based in Mumbai, India to own the full employee lifecycle and people programs across India and the Subcontinent. This role acts as the local face of the APAC People team, supporting ambitious growth with a robust people strategy. You will run recruiting end to end, manage onboarding through offboarding, and lead HR operations, compliance, and employee experience activities. The position emphasizes leveraging AI-powered tools to automate manual tasks, sharpen sourcing, and create more time for the human side of HR.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles across departments, including building search strategies, sourcing active and passive candidates, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through hiring and onboarding.
