About the Role This is an HR Generalist role supporting DC Operations based in Hebron, KY as part of iHerb's HR team. What You'll Do
- Provide HR support for DC Operations, including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with operations leadership to implement HR programs and process improvements.
- Support talent development, recruiting coordination, and HR data accuracy. What We're Looking For
- Experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR policies, employment law basics, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
