We’re Hiring | HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across key HR functions, particularly Personnel, Payroll, and Recruitment, with previous experience in the F&B industry.
Position: HR Generalist Location: Misr El Gedida, Cairo Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Personnel activities and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle and support Payroll processes and related HR data.
- Manage the full Recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Hands-on experience in Personnel, Payroll, and Recruitment.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- Very good command of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Bluworks is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
