Job title: HR Generalist (all genders)

About the Role The HR Generalist provides local HR support and collaborates with the regional HR team to implement global HR strategy across recruitment, employee development, organizational structure, and compensation & benefits. You will offer end-to-end support for employees throughout the entire lifecycle for a defined population and provide guidance to managers on all HR-related topics.

What You'll Do

• Close collaboration and alignment within a regional HR team and support in developing and implementing our global HR strategy across recruitment, employee development, organizational structure, and compensation & benefits.
• End-to-end support for employees throughout the entire lifecycle for a defined population; HR administration including preparation and amendment of employment contracts, system administration, and data maintenance.
• Planning and coordination of training activities in cooperation with relevant departments; Recruitment of blue- and white-collar employees for the assigned area.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and statistics; trusted collaboration with the local works council; participate in HR projects and support HR-related audits.
• Provide support to the HR Line Manager and guidance to managers on all HR-related topics.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification; relevant professional experience in HR and solid knowledge of labor and social security law.
• Reliable, independent, and self-driven working style; empathetic and confident personality with strong communication skills, team spirit, and a hands-on mindset.
• Strong MS Office skills; fluent German and very good English (written and spoken).
• Basic experience with HR systems, ideally Workday.
• Experience working with works councils is a plus.
