Job title: HR Field Operations Generalist
About the Role Reporting directly to the Field Human Resources Manager, the HR Field Operations Generalist serves as the first point of contact for HR queries on site and delivers a range of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy guidance. The role supports managers and employees with HR advice, case management, and implementation of HR policies to ensure on-site HR excellence.
What You'll Do
- Participating in and supporting managers with full case management on ER cases.
- Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy.
- Managing any long term absence for a return to work or terminations, including occupational health referrals.
- Support, coach and challenge line management with disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Assist in delivering training to line managers to ensure they understand and comply with HR policies and procedures.
- Providing HR Admin support across the whole employee lifecycle.
- Support the effective communication and implementation of HR policies such as parental leave, flexible working.
- Support and drive employee engagement on site.
- Signposting employees to the relevant support where applicable -SIMON and Employee Shared Services.
