Assist in the execution of HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Support the implementation of HR policies to foster a positive work culture.
Collaborate with HR teams to facilitate employee engagement activities.
Help address employee queries and concerns to maintain a supportive work environment.
Recruitment & Talent Development
Assist in recruitment efforts, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Support manpower planning by exploring sourcing options and assessment methods.
Aid in organizing training and development programs for employee growth.
Assist managers in the performance review process and feedback sessions.
Compliance & HR Operations
Help track and implement Reward & Recognition programs.
Support organizational development initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and implementing feedback.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
