Job Description Geospatial Research Limited is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage its human resources functions. This role is crucial for overseeing recruitment, maintaining employee records, and supporting essential HR operations like payroll and benefits administration. You will also be responsible for developing and enforcing HR policies, coordinating engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support payroll preparation, leave administration, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, learning and development activities, and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
