Job title: HR Director, Frontend Technology
About the Role We are seeking an HR Director to join Intel's Business Human Resources (HR) team supporting the Frontend Technology organizations and the Intel Foundry Organization. This role serves as a strategic business partner to executive and senior leadership across multiple organizations, with primary responsibility to two groups and oversight of the others. The Frontend Technology teams encompass approximately 4,000 employees and are located primarily in Oregon.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic HR partnership to executive and senior leadership within the Frontend Technology organizations and Intel Foundry Organization, including Logic Technology Development Programs, Logic Technology Development Modules, Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering, Intel Mask Operations, and Technology Research Organizations.
- Serve as the primary business partner to two organizations, with oversight of the remaining groups.
- Develop and implement people strategies, workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, talent management, and HR programs to enable business goals for approximately 4,000 employees.
- Collaborate with cross-site teams and leaders, with emphasis on Oregon-based Frontend Technology operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Director or HR business partner in large technology or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership and translate business strategy into actionable people strategies.
- Experience supporting or partnering with a multi-organizational, large-scale workforce (approximately 4,000 employees), including manufacturing development and R&D groups such as Logic Tech Development Programs, Logic Tech Development Modules, Manufacturing Development and Customer Engineering, Intel Mask Operations, and Technology Research Organizations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills; ability to operate across multiple sites and functions.
- Preferred: experience in frontend technology or Intel Foundry-related operations.
