About a role:
The Advanced HR Development Manager ensures the accuracy, reliability and compliance of HR administrative processes for both employment contracts and invoice management within the AMF perimeter. Key objectives include:
Contracts (70%): Execute and secure administrative processes for new hires (CDI, CDD, internal mobility) in collaboration with Recruiters, HRBPs, Payroll & Admin. Draft, verify, and manage employment contracts and associated legal documentation. Ensure proper onboarding steps, communication flows, and document compliance. Guarantee high-quality, accurate and compliant HR data transmission.
