About the Role Als HR Data Engineer bei Diehl entwickeln und pflegen Sie globale HR-Datenmodelle in SAP BW zur Unterstützung von Analyse-, Planungs- und Reportingprozessen in der SAP Analytics Cloud. Sie gestalten das globale Berechtigungskonzept, sichern den Systembetrieb und beraten HR-Analytics-Verantwortliche; zudem führen Sie Schulungen durch und liefern datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der Personalstrategie. Sie tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung des HR-Datenmanagements bei. What You'll Do
- Entwicklung und Pflege globaler HR-Datenmodelle in SAP BW zur Unterstützung von Analyse-, Planungs- und Reportingprozessen in der SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen Berechtigungskonzepts für HR BW.
- Sicherstellung des Systembetriebs einschließlich Steuerung interner sowie externer IT-Dienstleister.
