About the Role The HR Coordinator supports HR operations for ANZ, acting as the first point of contact for HR processes and administration across ANZ. You’ll provide hands-on support for employees in our Sydney office and help keep our HR systems running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Keep Workday (HRIS) and Culture Amp platforms running smoothly, ensuring compliance, supporting and training employees, leading the annual performance review process, and driving improvements.
- Manage high volumes of contracts and letters, assist in the final stages of recruitment, own the onboarding and offboarding experience, administer benefits, maintain filing system, and ensure seamless HR administration.
- Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, maintain HR documents ensuring they are always up to date, lead HR reporting, drive the learning & development program, manage workplace health & safety, and support recruitment when needed.
- Assist with the logistics and execution of social events, wellbeing initiatives, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs, and assist with implementing ideas to shape the future of the employee experience. What We're Looking For
- Interest in learning about HR; HR experience not essential, but a genuine care for people is a must.
- 2+ years of full-time experience in a role with high-level administrative duties or a variety of tasks with similar competencies.
- Ideally you have worked in roles such as HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, Receptionist, Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Project Manager or similar.
- Experience working in national or multi-national business and/or fast-paced environments is highly regarded.
- Tech Savvy – confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other HR tools; strong communication and organisational skills. Nice to Have
