Job title: HR Coordinator
About the Role The HR Coordinator will lead pre-onboarding activities, oversee MX onboarding and Buddy programs, and act as a trusted talent advisor to leaders. This role partners to drive organizational design, leadership capability, and a strong employee experience across locations, with a focus on Mexico and cross-regional initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Prepare pre-onboarding tasks and introduce new hires to company culture.
- Lead Mexico-based onboarding and Buddy programs, continuously improving processes for a seamless experience.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders, supporting business objectives including organizational change, growth, and transformation.
- Design, support, and implement organizational designs to deliver business results, role clarity, and effectiveness.
- Promote and instill a coaching culture; develop leadership capabilities and sustain organizational health.
- Perform talent and organization diagnoses aligned to business strategy and prioritize fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Use data analytics to provide proactive recommendations and insights to leaders on employee experience and business results.
- Support and manage talent management initiatives (succession planning, internal mobility, development plans, performance evaluations) and calibrations.
- Guide managers through performance review cycles; provide coaching on performance management and development goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide essential data and reports for the region and regulators; respond to internal and external audit requests.
- Manage benefits programs in Mexico (in coordination with Global Benefits USA) and Venezuela; negotiate with brokers/providers for medical, life insurance, pension plans, etc.
- Lead wellness and health initiatives; manage health campaigns and preventive health plans; oversee employee engagement activities and volunteer initiatives.
- Support Training & Development programs (e.g., LAC Academy) and mandatory trainings; coordinate internal communications with Marketing (Mx benefits campaigns, Town Hall, etc.).
- Track HR metrics and analytics; provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Champion DEI goals, act as a culture ambassador, and drive health & wellbeing and a culture of inclusion.
- Support change-management initiatives and contribute to HR projects and process improvements across locations.
- Manage volunteer activities and ensure alignment with Total Rewards program and broader wellbeing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in HR operations, onboarding, talent management, organizational design, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong partner with leaders across regions and functions; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and policies; experience ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Experience administering benefits programs and negotiating with brokers/providers; coordination with Global Benefits USA.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills; ability to foster a culture of inclusion and wellbeing.
Nice to Have
- Experience with regional training programs (e.g., LAC Academy) and mandatory trainings.
- Prior involvement in DEI initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Experience supporting health and wellness initiatives in a multinational environment.
