HR Business Partner
They need a seasoned HRBP who understands the realities of a consumer-tech/product business, particularly the challenges around engineering talent in Bangalore. The HRBP will partner closely with Engineering, Product and Data Analytics leaders to address: Attracting and retaining strong engineering talent in a highly competitive Bangalore market. Building quality talent density, rather than simply hiring large numbers. Managing leadership and middle-management transitions when key people leave. Building a culture where leaders listen and teams feel comfortable speaking up and raising concerns. Helping business leaders solve people problems rather than simply executing HR processes.
