Job Summary

This role supports the people agenda by managing the full employee lifecycle, delivering effective HR systems and services to build capability, strengthen culture, and ensure a positive end-to-end employee experience.

Job Details

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data through the HRIS.
Manage onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and exit interviews.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
Track HR metrics related to engagement, and retention.
Analyze workforce trends and employee feedback to inform decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
Experience in a generalist HR role.
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
