Role and Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a HR Business Partner in Venezuela, you will work with managers and HR colleagues to turn business needs into practical people initiatives. From talent development and culture to employee relations and change, you will help teams navigate challenges, build capability and improve the employee experience.

This is a professional role that calls for sound judgment, collaboration and curiosity. You will work within established policies and procedures, receiving general guidance on routine activities and more detailed direction on new assignments.

Key Job Responsabilities

• Coordinate talent management activities throughout the year, including performance and workforce reviews, development actions and succession planning.
• Prepare and analyze HR indicators, identify opportunities and support the development and follow-up of action plans.
• Support organizational culture initiatives, including preparing and monitoring SCI actions with business teams and sharing feedback with managers.
• Collaborate with managers on recruitment processes and job descriptions, applying company policies and established procedures.
• Support business managers with communications, team meetings, approval processes and team-building activities.
• Help address employee relations matters, including supporting investigations when needed and in line with company policies.
• Contribute to change initiatives and continuous improvement projects that support employees and the business.
• Coordinate General Affairs activities and support the day-to-day operation of the office, working with internal stakeholders and service providers as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience.

• Ability to analyze information, consider relevant factors and exercise judgment within established policies and procedures.

• Communication and collaboration skills to work with managers, employees and HR colleagues.

• Ability to organize activities, follow through on action plans and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.

• English proficiency.
