Job title: HR Business Partner
About the Role The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a member of the HR Team responsible for providing consultation across HR functions to management and team members. The role leads planning, implementation, and coordination of HR programs and initiatives aligned with organizational goals, while upholding professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
What You'll Do
- Advise and assist management and team members with HR activities including recruitment/interviewing, policy interpretation, leaves, performance management, recognition, work culture, benefits, and training & development.
- Partner with management to diagnose work culture issues, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key managers to understand HR needs.
- Respond to team member concerns by interpreting policies and recommending training or policy clarifications.
- Promote diversity and inclusion across all levels.
- Analyze HR data (labor spending, hiring/retention, HR metrics) and implement interventions.
- Coach managers on handling employee relations issues.
- Develop and administer training programs for high-performing teams.
- Support workplace investigations and compliance with laws and policies.
- Monitor performance evaluations in HRIS and coordinate annual trainings and leadership development plans.
- Manage benefits administration (open enrollment, changes) and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, unemployment).
- Participate in check-in, stay, and exit interview programs; onboard new hires and initiate leadership development plans when needed.
- Support payroll processes for exempt and non-exempt employees; coordinate timekeeping and weekly incentive calculations.
- Back up HR leadership responsibilities as needed.

- Payroll experience for exempt and non-exempt employees; timekeeping and payroll reporting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends.
- Onboarding and leadership development experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
