HR Business Partner
- Support leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
- Act as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters:
- Coordinate HR related topics (crisis situations – e.g. economic, social, etc.) by request of respective leader
- Act as an interface during escalations
- Organize the relevant information for ASI, personnel planning (FTE, personnel costs), KPIs
Qualifications and Experience

Master degree in Human Ressources.
