About the Role You will act as a trusted HR partner supporting the Product Portfolio & Innovation (P&I) organization, with a primary focus on Germany and collaboration with international stakeholders. Drive the effective execution of HR processes, ensure compliance with German employment law, and align local practices with global HR standards, while delivering a high-quality employee experience. What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and practices.
- Support organizational changes in Germany, including restructures, role changes, and workforce adjustments in compliance with local requirements.
- Act as the local HR interface for global initiatives impacting the P&I population in Germany.
