About the Role Autoliv Tunisia is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead people management processes at a dedicated facility, acting as the interface with the management team. You will deliver support in HR policy implementation, identify gaps and propose changes to cover risks within a production environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage people management processes in a dedicated facility and act as the interface for the management team.
- Deliver support in HR policy implementation, identify gaps and propose changes to cover risks.
- Recruit and select staff and provide support for recruitment processes to SSC according to requests and job profiles.
- Manage onboarding/integration for blue and white collars during the first 3 months, monitor vocational schooling plans, identify and resolve relationship issues, and track integration evaluations.
- Support management in determining training needs and develop training materials as needed.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, track annual performance evaluations, centralize data, and assist in conflict or communication situations.
- Coordinate Employee Opinion Processes and other HR programs.
- Handle disciplinary investigations in collaboration with Payroll and Department Managers.
- Check timekeeping and support timekeepers; maintain personal files and org charts; announce new hires.
- Execute other HR Manager-decided activities and help organize social events.
- Prepare monthly reports on indicators in Policy Deployment and Annual Action Plan.
- Participate in weekly financial follow-up and union/management meetings, providing necessary support.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- English fluency and fluency in French and Arabic.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role in a production-oriented environment (preferably Automotive) and in a matrix organization.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and credibility.
- Effective communication and influencing skills at all levels.
- Change orientation and commitment to best practices.
- Ability to build solid relationships with managers, employees, and works councils/unions across levels and cultures.
- Good knowledge of local labor law.
Nice to Have
- Experience with union/works council processes.
- Experience with payroll integration and timekeeping systems.
- Previous exposure to vocational schooling/planning and onboarding programs.
