HR Automation & Analytics Specialist

We are building an HR department where data, technology, and AI help make decisions and get rid of routine work. We’re looking for an HR Automation & Analytics Specialist to take ownership of automations, AI solutions, and HR analytics. You’ll work directly with our HR Director and have room for your own ideas, from spotting a problem and designing a solution to bringing it to life. This role is for someone who loves technology, enjoys experimenting, thinks in systems, and doesn’t get lost when something new needs figuring out ⚡️

📍 What to Do

• Find opportunities to automate HR processes and independently implement solutions that remove routine work and save the team’s time
• Build and develop AI tools for HR tasks, from small assistants to more complex automated workflows
• Set up integrations between the HRIS, spreadsheets, AI services, and other tools
• Develop HR analytics: work with headcount, turnover, and engagement data, build dashboards, and find insights for the team
• Manage the HR budget: consolidate data from different sources into a clear and easy-to-use structure
• Take part in internal HR research and surveys, analyze the results, and help the team make data-driven decisions

🦸 Your Superpowers

• Hands-on experience independently building and implementing automations, integrations, or AI solutions for HR processes
• Experience with automation and AI tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) for building integrations and optimizing processes
• Confident with Excel and Google Sheets: complex formulas, pivot tables, and data processing and visualization
• Experience with an HRIS: system setup, working with data, and HR processes
• Systems thinking: you can dig into a problem, see the connections between processes, and propose a practical solution
• Proactivity and curiosity about technology: you look for improvement opportunities, test new approaches, and bring ideas to results
• Comfort with uncertainty: you don’t wait for ready-made instructions but figure things out, experiment, and find answers

🤘 Bonus Points

• Experience with PeopleForce, especially system setup, process automation, and integrations

• Experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau

• Familiarity with Google Apps Script, APIs, and webhooks

• Experience building HR analytics and working with HR metrics
