Job Description:

At Arrow Electronics, we are always interested in meeting talented HR professionals who can help us with all HR related inquiries, assisting employees with general HR questions and managers with employee lifecycle administration.

What professionals in this area typically do:

• Respond to HR-related inquiries across channels (email, chats, case system)
• Provide guidance on HR policies (EPR, goals, merit/talent reviews), escalating as needed
• Promote self-service tools like Workday and support user accountability
• Process and audit employee transactions in Workday
• Support key HR initiatives, training logistics, and communications
• Drive process improvements in HR services and inquiries
• Handle general admin tasks (e.g., report prep) and update clients on delivery expectations

We would love to hear from professionals who have:

• Fluency in Italian/ Spanish/ French / German and English (both written and spoken)
• passion and interest in HR (previous experience would be a plus)
• Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle — from offers and contracts to terminations
• A curious and analytical mindset, with an interest in process improvement and finding more efficient ways of working
• Proactive, responsible, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and work with new tools or technologies
