- Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Practical experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Demonstrable employee engagement ideas and initiatives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Must reside in Lekki, Ikoyi, or nearby areas and be able to commute to the office daily.
