- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide support to staff.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.

2–3 years of relevant HR experience.

Practical experience in recruitment and employee relations.

Demonstrable employee engagement ideas and initiatives.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.

Must reside in Lekki, Ikoyi, or nearby areas and be able to commute to the office daily.
