HR Analytics Expert (m/w/d)

What are your main tasks?

• Creation and further development of HR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators
• Support for workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Analysis of headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and personnel cost data
• Management and further development of SAP HCM processes (focus on PA, OM)
• Ensuring high data quality and supporting system integrations
• Collaborating on international HR digitization and transformation projects
• Working closely with HR, Controlling, and IT on a global level

What are your qualifications?

• A successfully completed degree in business administration, human resources management, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in HR analytics, HR controlling, HRIS, or SAP HCM
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM as well as reporting and analytics tools
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Analytical mindset and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
