About the Role We are seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR team at Dentsu. You will support the HR Business Partner in implementing HR initiatives and projects, ensuring collaboration with stakeholders through a data-driven approach. This is a generalist and operational role with exposure to multiple areas such as Employee Relations, Learning & Development, HRIS and Rewards. What You'll Do
- Execute key HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, compensation, development, internal mobility, etc.) to ensure the department's objectives are met.
- Monitor organizational, financial and HR metrics.
- Support the employee performance management process alongside managers and HRBPs.
- Participate in employee engagement projects led by HR.
- Manage HR administrative tasks using Workday, our global talent management system. What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in generalist HR roles.
- Strong data handling and analysis skills.
- Knowledge in Employee Relations, Performance and Engagement.
- Proactive, organized, with good interpersonal skills and communication.
- Advanced English. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS systems (Workday preferred). Compensation & Benefits
