Job Description This purpose of this role is to support the implementation of HR people initiatives. This role will support the HR Business Partner in successful implementation and stakeholder engagement across the business with a data-driven mindset. The role would be generalist in nature and could encompass Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent, Reward and Talent Acquisition.

Key responsibilities
- HR strategy. Provides operational support in communication, implementation and monitoring of HR strategy initiatives through research, analytical and reporting activities whilst working with the line managers where needed
- HR Processes, standards and tools. Executes the defined HR processes, standards and tools in order to ensure the realisation of HR function objectives
