The HR Administrative Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for the Human Resources department and provides comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting HR functions including onboarding, new hire orientation, I-9s, E-Verify, recruitment coordination, and employee documentation. Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Laserfiche, and wage garnishments is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills • Human Resources experience • Recruiting Coordinator experience • Front desk and switchboard experience • New hire onboarding and orientation • I-9 and E-Verify processing • Strong technical aptitude • Experience handling confidential employee records • Familiarity with wage garnishments • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred • Experience with Laserfiche preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
