Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment, configuration, validation, and operational support activities for AI and HPC environments.
- Ensure infrastructure consistency, compliance, and operational readiness across large-scale deployments.
- Drive incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
- Maintain operational runbooks, standards, and configuration management processes.
- Monitor cluster health, configuration status, capacity, and service performance.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and deployment teams to improve service reliability and efficiency.
- Implement monitoring, logging, telemetry, and operational analytics capabilities.
- Contribute to automation and continuous service improvement initiatives.
