About the Role Simple Solutions Psychotherapy in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a compassionate Housing Navigator & Life Skills Specialist to support clients by navigating housing options, coordinating services, and stabilizing tenancy as part of community supports. This role focuses on helping vulnerable populations access stable housing and build life skills. What You'll Do
- Navigate housing resources and coordinate services to secure stable housing for clients
- Stabilize tenancy through case management, landlord engagement, and tenancy supports
- Document client progress in EHR and HMIS systems; collaborate with clinical and community partners
- Provide life skills coaching and support to build independence What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of housing navigation or social services experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with vulnerable populations and documentation in EHR Nice to Have
- Experience with HMIS and EHR systems Compensation & Benefits
