Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of staff accommodation facilities.
- Oversee resident admissions, allocations, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy records.
- Ensure housing units, common areas, and facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues.
- Develop and enforce housing policies, procedures, and community standards.
- Address resident inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor housing occupancy levels and prepare regular operational reports.
- Manage housing budgets, monitor expenses, and control operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
