For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team in Corfu.
The Role
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will supervise daily housekeeping operations, guide the team and ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet MarBella Collection’s quality, hygiene and service standards.

Here's what a typical day in Corfu could look like:

You supervise, train and motivate housekeeping team members to maintain hotel cleanliness standards.

You inspect guest rooms, corridors and public areas to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.

You assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping team members.

You report maintenance issues and coordinate with the Engineering and Maintenance team for repairs.

You monitor cleaning supplies, linen and amenities, supporting effective stock management.

You support the recruitment, induction and evaluation of housekeeping team members.

You handle guest complaints or housekeeping requests promptly and professionally.

You maintain records related to team performance, attendance and daily operations.
Requirements

Essential qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals and equipment.

Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
