We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Southampton as our new Housekeeping Supervisor. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team on a designated floor or group of floors. This role ensures that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. The Housekeeping Supervisor also plays a key role in training, mentoring, and motivating housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision & Training
- Assign rooms and tasks to room attendants according to the sectional schedule.
- Train, coach, and supervise room attendants, ensuring adherence to hotel standards.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support staff development initiatives.
