Housekeeping Supervisor
- Supervisar de manera integral la operación diaria de Housekeeping, garantizando que cada habitación y área pública cumpla con los más altos estándares de limpieza, presentación y lujo
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento al estado de habitaciones (llegadas, salidas, VIP, fuera de servicio, DND), asegurando una gestión eficiente a través de sistemas como Opera
- Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de camareras y aseadores, promoviendo una cultura de excelencia, disciplina operativa y atención al detalle
- Mantener una comunicación constante y estratégica con Recepción, Guest Experience y Mantenimiento, asegurando una experiencia impecable para el huésped
- Gestionar inventarios, reportes operativos y control de calidad, garantizando el cumplimiento de procesos, tiempos y estándares de la marca.
