Housekeeper
Williams Baptist University is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join the housekeeping team. The role supports campus facilities and operations within a faith-based environment, focusing on maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for students, staff, and visitors.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of assigned facilities, including classrooms, hallways, offices, residence life areas, and common spaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines; use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor; assist with basic building upkeep as needed
- Maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude and uphold the university's values as a Christian institution

- Highest Christian character, professional, and servant-minded
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team in a residential and academic environment
- Willingness to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks and adhere to safety and campus policies
