Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and guest amenities.
- Ensure all rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost property to the appropriate supervisor.
- Replenish room supplies and housekeeping materials as required.
- Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and follow hotel service standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality establishment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision.
- Honesty, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
