Housekeeper

About the Role Join the Westgate Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort team as a Housekeeper. You will clean and inspect guest rooms and related areas to ensure a welcoming, pristine environment for guests and families. What You'll Do

• Clean units including bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, closets, decks; strip beds and remove used linens where applicable; replenish supplies; and replenish houseware as needed.
• Strip units and remove all trash; report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens.
• Maintain unit inspection score of 80% or above and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies following procedures.
• Clean bathrooms (bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, floors) and wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork;
• Inspect and clean bedrooms (strip and make beds, change linens);
• Report Lost & Found items and assist in training fellow employees as needed.
• Work in a team environment and assist with other duties; manage inventory in each unit and replenish supplies.
• Empties wastebaskets and cleans ashtrays; clean entire unit inside and outside.
• Embody Westgate core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic; perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or GED.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must pass background screen and drug test; prove eligibility to work in the United States. Nice to Have

• Salary: $16 per hour; part-time, temporary; onsite.
