Key Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.

• Prepare guest rooms to luxury hospitality standards, including making beds, arranging furnishings, and presenting fresh linens and towels.

• Ensure toiletries, refreshments, amenities, and essential supplies are fully replenished.

• Inspect assigned areas regularly to ensure the property remains immaculate, organised, and guest-ready.

• Respect guest privacy, safeguard personal belongings, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, politely, and professionally to housekeeping requests.

• Identify and report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or missing inventory.

• Handle luxury furnishings, linens, cleaning equipment, and household supplies with care.

• Follow daily cleaning schedules and maintain consistent quality standards.

• Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hotels, serviced apartments, or private residences is an added advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness and organisation.

• High levels of honesty, integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

• Good communication skills and a positive, respectful attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and work independently.

• Willingness to learn and uphold the standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment.

What We Offer

Monthly salary: KSh 20,000–30,000, depending on experience and suitability.
