  • About Our Family

  • We are a warm, tight-knit family of four based in the Boston area, continuing to build our local roots after relocating a couple of years ago. Our house is a lively, loving hub centered around our two energetic school-age kids (who have very specific culinary preferences!) and our sweet elderly cat, who is a cherished part of our daily life.

  • Life in our household is comfortable and welcoming, but our schedule has grown significantly busier. Between one parent’s downtown commute and frequent work travel, and the other balancing a career transition while managing the home, our daily momentum keeps us constantly moving. While we rely on a weekly cook for basic meal prep and biweekly cleaners for deep cleaning, the real heart of our day lies in the ongoing rhythm: managing after-school runs, keeping up with laundry, running errands, and keeping our main living spaces reset.

  • We place a high value on home organization, consistency, and a proactive rhythm that keeps stress at bay. We love the idea of welcoming someone into our routine who naturally reads the room, anticipates what needs to be done next, and takes genuine pride in bringing order and ease to our day. More than anything, we want to create a collaborative, supportive space where you feel completely welcomed, deeply appreciated, and set up for success.

  • Who You Are / What We're Looking For

  • The right person for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes genuine pride in creating a smooth, well-run home. You bring that same thoughtful care to every task, whether you are folding laundry, organizing weekly schedules, managing household inventory, or planning a balanced week of lunches. Warm, encouraging, and patient with children, you bring a calm, positive energy that aligns naturally with our easygoing household rhythm and keeps the home feeling peaceful.

  • You are a true self-starter who naturally reads the room and takes initiative without needing step-by-step direction. You intuitively assess what needs attention, build practical systems that last, and solve daily problems creatively. Whether that means coming up with clever strategies to encourage picky eaters to try new foods, setting up engaging screen-free activities, or establishing an afternoon routine that actually sticks, you take full ownership of your work.

  • Adaptable and grounded, you understand that family life does not always go strictly as planned, and you navigate unexpected schedule shifts or changes with grace and ease. You genuinely enjoy supporting a busy family, find real purpose and satisfaction in making a home run seamlessly, and look forward to becoming a trusted, valued partner in our daily lives.
