Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for House Parents at Preston International School, Akure.
- House Parents will oversee the day-to-day welfare and pastoral care of secondary school students, ensuring their safety, emotional well-being, and adherence to school rules.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, providing guidance and counseling, maintaining discipline within the boarding house, and fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for students.
- House Parents will also act as role models, promoting good behavior, academic growth, and moral development in line with the school's values.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Experience in mentoring or counselling.
