A full-time residential House Manager is sought to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence on Lagos Island, Lagos State. The role requires a reliable, organized, and service-oriented professional with hands-on expertise in cooking, housekeeping, and laundry management. The position offers accommodation and a net monthly salary of NGN 300,000.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the private residence to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
- Oversee cooking, cleaning, and laundry activities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Plan, organize, and supervise household tasks, schedules, and routines to ensure timely completion
- Uphold discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness in handling household affairs and personal matters
- Monitor supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors or service providers as needed
- Maintain orderly records and ensure a well-functioning, harmonious household environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar residential household role
- Strong cooking, cleaning, and laundry skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
