A position for a House Manager (Male) based on Lagos Island, Lagos State, Nigeria. This is a full-time, onsite role with a negotiable budget. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate operations for a high-end residence and related household activities, ensuring smooth daily functioning within an executive or luxury setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-net-worth or executive residence, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency
- Coordinate activities related to house management across the household, including supervision of staff and daily routines
- Maintain operational standards appropriate for an upscale residence, with a focus on hospitality and guest experience
- Align activities with the expectations of the household or estate leadership and uphold confidentiality and discretion
Requirements
- Gender: male
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Home Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a House Manager, Estate Manager, Residence Manager, Executive Housekeeper, or similar household management role
- Desirable: Experience managing high-net-worth or executive residences; previous hospitality or luxury service experience is an advantage
