- Deliver friendly hospitality and service to guests to support a positive dining experience.
- Work with the team to assist in daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development in hospitality, teamwork and salesmanship.
- Engage in Chili’s career path opportunities through mentoring programs and potential advancement to Assistant Manager, Manager, or General Manager roles. What We're Looking For
