Job Summary
A disciplined and experienced food professional who can oversee production operations, manage staff effectively, and ensure high-quality food output consistently. We are seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to oversee daily food production operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the food industry and the ability to manage kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure consistent quality output. This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain high production standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing and delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food production and kitchen operations
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and food quality standards are strictly followed
- Manage and coordinate production staff effectively
- Oversee food preparation, packaging, and dispatch processes
- Monitor inventory and report stock requirements
- Ensure timely production and delivery of customer orders
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Enforce operational policies and efficiency standards
- Support process improvement for better productivity
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in a relevant field
- 2–3 years of experience in the food industry (restaurant, catering, food production, or related field)
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
Salary
N100,000 per month.
