Requirements

Education: HND/BSc in Accounting, Hospitality, Business Admin or related field

Experience: 2+ years in hotel operations or accounting role

Skills: Cash reconciliation, budgeting, financial reporting, PMS/Opera, staff supervision

Key Duties

Supervise front desk, housekeeping & service staff, handle guest complaints, manage daily sales & expenses, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
